Request Institutional Access

Tell us about your institution and how you plan to use English Cert. Requests are reviewed before an institutional account is activated.

What happens next

  1. We review the request and confirm the institution's details.
  2. We discuss account setup, staff access, and learner numbers.
  3. If approved, the institutional account is created or activated.
  4. Your team receives access instructions and onboarding guidance.
Institutional accounts may require approval or activation. Creating an account on the public website does not automatically create an institutional account.
